Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. Creating an account, signing in, using any of the platform's services, linking your API keys, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service constitutes express and final acceptance of every clause in this agreement.
If you do not agree to any clause, you must stop using the platform immediately.
1. Nature of the service
The platform is a technical risk-management tool for futures accounts held on the cryptocurrency exchanges it supports.
In this agreement, "the Exchange" means whichever supported trading platform the user has connected their API keys to. On the date of this version the supported exchanges are Binance, Bybit, OKX, Bitget, KuCoin Futures, Gate.io and BingX. The platform may add or remove a supported exchange at any time; the list in force is always the one shown on the connection screen inside the account.
Every clause of this agreement applies equally to each supported exchange and to any exchange added later. Where the user has connected more than one, each clause applies to each of them separately.
It is not an investment firm, not a broker, and not a financial adviser.
It gives no investment advice, no trading signals, no guarantee of profit, and no guarantee against loss.
Its function is limited to watching open positions and attempting to enforce the stop-loss settings the user chooses.
The platform does not open positions, never closes a position to take profit, and holds no permission to withdraw or transfer funds.
2. No fiduciary relationship
This agreement creates no fiduciary, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between the platform and the user.
The platform supplies a technical tool. It does not act on the user's behalf in any investment decision.
3. User acknowledgement
The user acknowledges that they use the platform of their own free will; that they understand the nature of futures trading and the high risk it carries, which may lead to the loss of the entire capital within seconds; that they have sufficient experience to use the platform; and that they alone bear responsibility for every investment decision they make.
The user further confirms that they are of legal age in their country and that their use of the platform and of the Exchange's services is not prohibited by the laws that apply to them.
4. Full user responsibility
The user is fully responsible for:
- every position they open or close
- position size, margin, leverage and choice of symbol
- the loss cap they set and any change to it
- their settings on this platform and on the Exchange
- creating API keys and the permissions granted to them
- keeping their login credentials confidential
- any change made to the account from any device
The platform bears no responsibility for any decision the user makes.
5. The limits of what the platform can do
The user understands and expressly agrees that stop-loss execution depends on parties outside the platform's control, and that an order may not execute, or may execute at a different price, for reasons including but not limited to:
- the Exchange rejecting the stop order for a given symbol or account
- the Exchange's limits on order count or request rate
- price gaps, slippage and absent liquidity
- markets moving faster than execution is possible
- trading halts or market suspension
- loss of connectivity, power, or server failure
- changes the Exchange makes to its interfaces or policies
A stop loss is a tool for reducing risk. It is not a guarantee against loss or liquidation.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither the platform nor its owner, developers, partners or staff shall be liable for:
any financial or investment loss · any account liquidation · any loss of capital or profit · any decline in portfolio value · any delay or failure in executing stop-loss orders · any error originating from the Exchange or its APIs · any interruption of internet or power · any server failure · any cyber attack · any update made by the Exchange · any sudden market volatility · any error caused by the user · any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss.
7. No warranty
All services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE, on a best-effort technical basis.
The platform gives no warranty, express or implied, that a stop loss will always execute or execute at the requested price, that an account will not be liquidated, that the service will not be interrupted, that the Exchange's interfaces or rules will not change, or that the service will be free of errors or downtime.
8. Force majeure
The platform is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including failures of service providers, data centres or networks, regulatory decisions, natural disasters, war, or interruption of public utilities.
9. Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the platform, its owner, directors, developers, partners and staff against any claim, action, loss, expense, legal fee or liability arising from their use or misuse of the platform, from their breach of this agreement, or from their breach of the laws of their country or of the Exchange's terms.
10. Limitation of liability
Even where a technical fault exists within the platform, and subject to applicable law, the platform's liability does not extend to investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages.
The platform's total aggregate liability, on any cause whatsoever, shall not exceed the amount the user actually paid to the platform in the twelve months preceding the event, or the minimum imposed by mandatory law, whichever is greater.
11. Subscription and payment
A subscription grants the right to use the tool for its term only. It is not a promise of any financial outcome.
Interruption of service or trading losses give rise to no right of refund, except to the extent mandatory law requires one.
12. Changes
The platform may change its services, prices, features or method of operation at any time.
Where these terms are changed materially, the new version is presented to the user and their acceptance is required before they continue to use the service. Continued use after acceptance constitutes acceptance of the amended version.
13. Account suspension
The platform may suspend, disable or delete any account for breach of these terms, attempted intrusion, use of malicious tools, misuse of the service, unlawful use, attempted reverse engineering, copying the system, or manipulation of the subscription.
14. Intellectual property
All rights in the platform, its software, design and content are reserved.
Copying, reselling, redistributing, modifying, decompiling or reproducing any part of the system without prior written permission is prohibited.
Any copying, imitation or exploitation of this idea or of any substantial part of it, and the offering of a similar idea derived from it without prior permission, constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and entitles the rights holder, in full, to take legal action and to claim financial compensation under the laws in force.
15. Severability
If any clause of this agreement is held void or unenforceable, that clause shall be modified to the nearest enforceable form that achieves its purpose, and the remaining clauses shall stay in full force and effect.
16. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the country where the company is registered, and the competent courts of that country have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
17. Final acceptance
By pressing "Create account", "Sign in", "Activate subscription" or "Connect exchange API", the user acknowledges that they:
- have read and understood these terms in full
- bear full responsibility for all trading activity and for all profits and losses
- agree that the platform is a risk-management aid only
- release the platform from any claim, to the extent permitted by law
Your acceptance is recorded together with its date, the version number, and the address it came from.
